Vinification:  Spends 9 months in steel fermentation tanks. Meant to be aged several years

Smells & Tastes: Mineral, refined acidity, quite aromatic. Unique Riesling flavor expresses Friuli's terroir.

Good as an aperitivo, excellent with seafood, freshwater and saltwater fish, Asian cuisines
